摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor apparatus capable of improving incidence level of infrared signal even if a mesh-like part is provided in front of a light-receiving lens. <P>SOLUTION: Since a recess 12 is formed around a light-receiving lens 8a, the infrared optical signal in the diagonal direction enters the light-receiving lens 8a through the recess 12.
