A core plate for an electric power generator rotor is provided to improve efficiency of power generation by emitting heat of a rotor coil and heat due to magnetic field interference between a rotor and a stator through heat dissipation holes. Coil winding parts(12,12') are radially formed at a core plate(10). Rotor coils are wound in the coil winding parts several to tens times. A deep hole(11) is formed at a center of the core plate. Each of heat dissipation holes emits heat of the rotor coils and heat due to magnetic field interference between a rotor and a stator. Each of heat dissipation holes has inclination angle in the same direction. An extension inducing unit is formed at one side of a leading end of the heat dissipation holes and is cut in an inclined shape. The extension inducing unit improves external air inflow into the heat dissipation holes and air circulation when the rotor is rotated.
