<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent residue gas in a home-use fuel cell system from reversing into a gas piping in the city, in the system using raw gas such as city gas. <P>SOLUTION: A raw gas supply piping 103 from a gas inlet 102 to a fuel gas generating part 106 is made provided with a first gas main valve 104a and a check valve 110 for preventing reverse flow of gas in a direction of the gas inlet 102, in that order from a gas inlet 102 side.
