<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality measuring instrument that measures the concentration of dissolved oxygen in a mixed water of wastewater which is the water to be treated of a biological treatment tank and sludge, decides the load state of the biological treatment tank, on the basis of the measured concentration of dissolved oxygen and displays the result decided to effectively control the biological treatment tank. <P>SOLUTION: Water to be measured is circulated into a water-quality measuring tank 17 for a definite time to be stored and aerated by a blower 25, to enhance the concentration of dissolved oxygen; and thereafter, aeration is stopped to compute the oxygen utilizing rate of the water to be measured and the load state of the biological treatment tank is decided from the computed oxygen utilizing rate to display the decided result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
