PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film material for advertisement reducing the environmental load in disposal after removal and has excellent flame-proofness. SOLUTION: The film material for advertisement includes: a film substrate 10 as a knitted fabric obtained by knitting polylactic acid fibers having biodegradability; an ink receiving layer 30 having a surface to be printed; and an intermediate layer 20 disposed between the film substrate 10 and the ink receiving layer 30. The intermediate layer 20 is constituted by mixing halogen-based flame retardant and antimony-based flame retardant which are adjusted to have a weight ratio of 4:1 to 2:1 into a polycarbonate-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin as a binder.
