PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for displaying a character, a sign or the like with uniform brightness, by simple constitution. SOLUTION: The display device includes the first LED lamp of surface mounted type having a white package, the second LED lamp of surface mounted type having a white package, the first light guide of the first linear light guide having the first end face incident part opposed to the first LED lamp, the second end face incident part opposed to the second LED lamp, and a side face radiation part, the second light guide of the second plate-like light guide arranged adjacently to the first light guide, having a side face incident part disposed along the side face radiation part to make a light emitted from the side face radiation part get incident, a side face reflecting part positioned in a side opposite to the side face incident part and formed with a white layer, and an upper light emitting part, a color conversion layer formed on an under face of the second light guide, a white color layer formed on the color conversion layer, and a character dial arranged in an upper face side of the second light guide.
