<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle hood structure for securing tension rigidity of a striker upper area, while securing pedestrian protective performance. <P>SOLUTION: A hood dent reinforcement panel 50 has an abutting part 51 abutting on a reverse surface of a hood outer panel 10, and a wall part 52 extended toward a reverse surface of a hood inner panel 20 from the front end of this abutting part 51. The wall part 52 has a folding part 52A for a chance of folding of a bottom folding shape. The folding part is formed of a fold line, and this fold line is arranged by being further dislocated to the vehicle rear side than the lower end and the upper end of the wall part 52.
