PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount and demount a tube to a heater block and to surely heat liquid in the tube though the tube is easily mounted and demounted. SOLUTION: This liquid heating device 1 comprises a tube member 3 formed by coiling the tube 2 in which the liquid A is circulated, into the roughly cylindrical shape, the pole-shaped heater block 4 inserted to a radial inner part of the tube member 3 at an interval, a heater 7 incorporated in the heater block 4, and a pressing mechanism 5 for bringing the heater block 4 into closely contact with an inner face of the tube member 3.
