A foaming abrasive product and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the polishing capacity and the grinding lifetime by applying the dust preventing coating on the top of the coating layer, and to improve workability by adhering to the absorption member to the upper side of the thin resin layer with the adhesive force of the foaming resin. A foaming abrasive product includes the size coat(31), the abrasive(20), the make coat(30) and material. As the material, the foaming additive is mixed in the foaming resin, foaming ingredient(41) is concentrated on one side and the general resin is formed in the dissimilar side into the distributed asymmetry foaming resin(42), in the absorption member(50) is the asymmetry foaming resin, it is adhered to one side in which the foaming ingredient is concentrated, and laminated to successively in the dissimilar side in which the production adhesive, abrasive, and the size coat are distributed in the general resin. The dust preventing coating(32) is added on the top of the size coat.
