摘要 A solar heat collecting system for an apartment house is provided to change the angle of the solar heat collecting system in accordance with the position of sun, and reflect solar light into the indoor area of the apartment house. A solar heat collecting system(10) for an apartment house includes a base member(11), a support member(12), a heat collecting plate(13), a driving motor(14), a plurality of solar light intensity sensors, a pulley(16), a wire winding roller(17), a roller driving motor(18), a wire(19), an electrical energy storing unit, and a controller. The base member is installed on a balcony. The support member has a rod shape, and a lower end hinged to the base member. The heat collecting plate is mounted on the support member such that the heat collecting plate is rotatable in a horizontal direction. The driving motor rotates the heat collecting plate. The solar light intensity sensors are mounted on the heat collecting plate, and sense the intensity of solar light and transmit signals. The pulley is installed on the railing of the balcony. The wire winding roller is mounted on the base member. The roller driving motor rotates the wire winding roller in forward and reverse directions. The wire has one end connected to the support member and the other end wound onto the wire winding roller through the pulley. The electrical energy storing unit is electrically connected to a heat collecting element of the heat collecting plate so as to store electrical energy generated from the heat collecting element and supply stored electrical energy when necessary. The controller is electrically connected to the solar light intensity sensors, the driving motor and the roller driving motor, and computes signals received from the solar light intensity sensors and drives one of the driving motor and the roller driving motor in accordance with the result of the computation so that the position of the heat collecting plate is controlled in accordance with the trajectory of sun.
