A health combined use chair is provided, which prevents all kinds of the adult diseases, can be used as an office chair, and promotes circulation of the blood and metabolism of the human body. A health combined use chair comprises: a seat rest in which a seat back(11) is equipped in the rear, a base(13) is adhered to the bottom, and a chair leg(12) is equipped in the lower part; a lower body exercise member(20) in which a turning member(21) is pivotally installed and a hydraulic cylinder(22) is installed at the base of the seat rest and the turning member; and an upper body exercise member which is installed so that a user can perform upper body exercise.
