FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production, in particular to production with use of propping technology of well stimulation. Propping agent contains sintered granules of raw material. The said raw material is bath, which contains 70 to 95 wt % of bauxite and at least one of the following materials: silicon carbide, titanium carbide, silicon nitride, titanium nitride, silicon oxynitrides, compounds of SIALON type. Method for production of the said propping agent implies pre-breaking and mixing of feedstock followed by granulation, drying and screening into target size fractions. The said propping agent is used in hydrocarbon recovery. ^ EFFECT: production of propping agent with apparent density of 2,5 to 4,0 g/cm3, with high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. ^ 5 cl, 3 ex |
