ALUMINUM EXPOSURE PASTE, EMI FILTER AND THE METHOD THEREOF

An aluminum photosensitive paste, a filter for EMI shielding using the paste, and a method for preparing the filter by using the paste are provided to simplify the structure of an electronic device and to reduce the raw material. An aluminum photosensitive paste comprises 20-80 wt% of an aluminum powder; 3-20 wt% of a glass frit; and a functional organic vehicle. Preferably the aluminum powder is a spherical powder having a diameter of 1-10 micrometers; and the functional organic vehicle is any one selected from the group consisting of a levelling agent, a dispersant, a photosensitizer and their mixture.
