PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor which can accurately detect a load applied to a wheel without being influenced by a hysteresis and wherein the sensor can be used for a long time. SOLUTION: The wheel bearing comprises an outer member 1 which is a fixation side member; an inner member 2 which is a rotation side member; and double-row rolling elements 5 interposed between the both members 1, 2. A hub flange 9a to which the wheel is mounted by a hub bolt 13 is provided on the outer periphery at an outboard side end of the inner member 2. One or more sensor unit 19 equipped with a distortion generating member 20 having two or more contact fixation parts 20a contacted with and fixed to the outer diameter surface of the outer member 1 and a notch part 20c positioned between the two contact fixation parts 20a and with a sensor 21 detecting distortion of the distortion generating member 20 is provided on the outer diameter surface of the outer member 1. The distortion generating member 20 has a shape preventing a surface part 20aa positioned on the bearing outer diameter side of the contact fixation part 20a located on an outboard side with respect to the notch part 20c from interfering with the hub bolt 13.
