<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical cleaning system preventing germs from penetrating into an aseptic room, etc., from outside even if various germs such as pathogenic bacteria or contaminants are present in the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The biochemical cleaning system has a closed space large enough for at least one person to enter, adjacent to doorways 2 and 3 of a building, a room or doorway equipment. The closed space has two doorways having in/out shielding bodies such as doors 4 and 5 or air-curtains physically present in front and rear. One of the doorways 2 or 3 faces outside, and the other doorway 3 or 2 is connected to the doorway of the building or room. The closed space is disposed as a cleaning space for at least one of a human, animal, plant or others.
