PLATE TYPE HEAT TRANSFER DEVICE

A plate type heat transfer device is provided to prevent chemical reaction between a wick structure and refrigerant so as to prevent the deterioration of heat transfer capacity due to the refrigerant. A case(100) has a vacuum hollow part(S) inside and is injected with refrigerant which generates phase change by heat. A wick structure(200) is mounted in the case and formed of a plurality of unit fibers for moving condensed refrigerant to capillaries generated by gaps between the unit fibers. From the wick structure, impurities such as coating and dying agents, which induce chemical reaction with respect to the refrigerant in the case, are removed by drying at 100°C~120°C.
