PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device capable of easily cooling an electric component box attached to an outer face of a unit body installed in a ceiling space of a building. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning device provided with the electric component box 41 on the outer face of the unit body 5 housing air distribution fans 29A, 29B and an indoor heat exchanger, the electric component box 41 comprises a receiving portion 45 receiving a control board 42, and a projecting portion 48 connected with the receiving portion 45 in such a state that their inner portions are communicated with each other, and having an air inlet opening 46 and a discharge opening 47, and the electric component box 41 is attached to the outer face of the unit body 5 in a state of inserting the projecting portion 48 into an opening 52 formed on the outer face of the unit body 5, and allowing the projecting portion 48 to project into an air distribution passage of the air distribution fans.
