PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document holder which can firmly house documents or the like, and facilitates turning up. SOLUTION: The document holder includes a plurality of document holding elements 2 which hold the documents, and a cover material 1 which has a front cover 11, a back cover 13, and a backbone 12 and to which the document holding element 2 is fixed. Each of the document holding elements 2 is provided with a document holding part 21 which is formed of a sheet-like material and can hold the documents, and a connection part 22 which is connected to the document holding part 21, and is formed of a sheet-like material more flexible than the document holding part 21.
