An electro-optical device and an electronic device are provided to enhance the light shielding property and improve the aperture ratio, thereby displaying a bright image in high definition. An electro-optical device comprises the followings: a data line (6a) on a substrate; a transistor electrically connected to the data line; a pixel electrode(9a) formed correspondingly to the transistor and is formed; the first conductive film(71) formed on a lower layer than the pixel electrode or an upper layer than the semiconductor; and the second conductive film(91) electrically connected with the first conductive film through a contact hole(84) opened in an interlayer insulating film. |
