AROMATIC AMINE DERIVATIVE AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE USING THE SAME

Disclosed is an aromatic amine derivative of a specific structure, which has a thiophene structure. Also disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device wherein an organic thin film composed of one or more layers including at least a light-emitting layer is interposed between a cathode and an anode. In this organic electroluminescent device, at least one layer of the organic thin film contains the aromatic amine derivative by itself or a component of a mixture. The molecules of the aromatic amine derivative are hardly crystallized, and the aromatic amine derivative enables to lower the driving voltage of an organic electroluminescent device, while improving the production yield of the organic electroluminescent device. Furthermore, the aromatic amine derivative enables an organic electroluminescent device to have a long life.
