<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp optimally utilizing a material for actualizing high lateral rigidity of a sliding rail while avoiding the severe warping of the sliding rail and holding clamping force uniformly lower when a workpiece yields. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp 10 comprises the sliding rail 12, a fixing arm 22 integrally joined to the sliding rail 12, and a sliding arm 48 movable on the sliding rail 12.
