The fastener (1) has a fastener body (4) including an opening. A flexible band and a pivotable clamp lever are arranged inside the body, where the body includes a thread (10) for acting together with an inner thread (11) of a nut (12) at outer periphery. Two pivots are arranged inside the body. The clamp lever is mounted at one of the pivots, and an end of the flexible band is fixed to the other pivot. The body has a bar including a clamping surface at a side facing the clamp lever. A contact plate (14) is attached to the body.
