A moving cartoon making method and a recording medium for recording a program that performs the method are provided to enable a user to use multimedia resources such as moving pictures or image files, thereby more easily making a moving cartoon as ensuring standardized quality. A graphic user interface screen, where a page display area(10) for displaying the current working page is disposed, is activated. At least one layout(21a) for determining working areas for displaying multimedia resources is set on the working page. The multimedia resources are registered and displayed within each working area. At least one camera cut area for setting reproduction time and reproduction order is set on the working page. A moving cartoon is made by being encoded in a moving picture, so that the cartoon is reproduced for each reproduction time. |
