A DRM system and a management method of DRM contents are provided to use DRM(Digital Rights Management) contents in a connectionless device as the connectionless device and the network client share permission about DRM contents. A connectionless device(50) is connected to a network client(40). Permission about DRM contents is shared in the connectionless device and a network client. A DRM server(60) issues certificate and key pair based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) to the connectionless device. The DRM server approves authentication and domain subscription of the connectionless device on the basis of the certificate and the key pair. The connectionless device has an USB(Universal Serial Bus) port and a communications module. The DRM server comprises a sub certification issue server(31).
