SYSTEM OF GENERATING ERROR IN STORAGE DEVICE

摘要

An error generation system of a storage device is provided to verify the tenacity and reliability of system against physical errors of the storage device on a real time basis. An error generation system of a storage device comprises an error generator(82) generating a physical error at the specific position, and an interface device(84) including first to third interfaces and a main board(86) which performs signal processing in order to allow the error generator and a verification object system to approach the storage device(92) connected to the third interface. The error generator obtains LBA address of a first sector of specific partition of the storage device which is connected to the third interface, obtains LBA address of the specific sector for generating a physical error in the obtained LBA address, and selects the specific sector as an error occurrence position by using the obtained LBA address of the specific sector.
