A homeopathic composition is provided for use in treating symptoms arising from outbreaks of herpes simplex viral infections. The composition comprises a mixture including phytolacca decandra, hypericum perforatum and ribonucleic acid. A method for homeopathic treatment comprising administration of the composition is also provided.</SD OAB>
