FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutting tool intended for machining comprises a holder with at least one cutting part incorporating an insert seat and a clamp, and a part intended for mounting and clamping replaceable tool tip. Note here that the clamping part can elastically deform between normally unclamped and clamped states and can be fitted with the gap into the aforesaid seat in normally unclamped state and, further one, clamped therein. Note also that the tool tip and its seat are arranged outside relative to the insert seat. The latter represents a recess in the holder with primarily concave surface limited by two identical and opposite side openings.
