A digital movie playing system for omitting an advanced procedure for determining theaters receiving distributed movie is provided to minimize time loss for determining the theater receiving the distributed movie, and enable a producer to reduce time needed for editing the movie and expense needed for producing a distributed movie film. A theater information database stores movie playing condition information. A movie ticket reservation part(115) receives movie viewing information from a wired or the wireless client terminal. A ticket booking information database(110) stores movie selection information received from the wired or wireless client terminal by linking with the movie viewing information. A movie playing determiner(135) checks possibility for playing the movie and determines the theater to play the movie by comparing the movie selection information and the movie viewing information with the movie playing condition information. A movie contents provider(150) transmits digital movie contents to a server of the determined theater.
