PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharger with an electric motor which can significantly improve the cooling performance of an air flow path formation member in the supercharger with the electric motor provided with the air flow path formation member which forms a compressed air flow path for guiding compressed air from a compressor impeller to the outside of the radial direction of a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: In a housing 7, provided is the air flow path formation member 11 which forms at least a part of the flow path face of the compressed air flow path 37 for guiding the compressed air from the compressor impeller 5 to the outside of the radial direction of the rotary shaft 15. In the housing 7, a cooling space 13a through which a coolant flows for cooling the electric motor 9 is formed at the outside of the radial direction of the electric motor 9. At least a part of the air flow path formation member 11 is positioned between the cooling space 13a and the compressed air flow path 37.
