PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion introducing device capable of introducing a cationized component and/or anionized component into a living body. SOLUTION: The ion introducing device is for introducing the ionized component included in an ionized solution into the living body. The ion introducing device comprises a pair of foot baths 12 and 22 storing approximately equal quantities of the ionized solution, a pair of electrode plates 11 and 21 with different polarities disposed in the ionized solution in the respective foot baths 12 and 22, and pulse generating circuits 3 to alternately output cluster pulse signals of the positive polarity and cluster pulse signals of the negative polarity to the electrode plates 11 and 21 in such a way as to reverse the polarity.
