PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a high frequency of UWB or the like while utilizing electric field coupling due to an electrostatic field or an induction electric field between information devices disposed within a ultra short distance. SOLUTION: A resonance stab is cut, respective forward and backward metal wires supporting a coupling electrode are connected to the resonance stab to be spread over the cut portion. In order to cause a current input from a transmission/reception circuit unit via a signal line to flow toward a distal end of the resonance stab, the current once flows through one metal wire to the coupling electrode and then flows through the other metal wire to the resonance stab behind the cut portion. Namely, since there is no current component that passes through the coupling electrode and flows in the resonance stab, characteristics of a high frequency coupler are improved.
