<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium wherein copy of a content is possible in a RTR (Real Time Recording) mode, and a video content whose copy is not forbidden can be copied at least once, though a content of a DVD video whose copy is forbidden cannot be copied, in a DVD compatible mode. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical disk D wherein a first lead-in information area LI1 corresponding to the RTR mode and a second lead-in information area LI2 corresponding to the DVD compatible mode are formed in a lead-in area LI and a data area DA recording contents is formed, lead-in information corresponding to contents recorded in the data area DA is recorded with a depth d1 in the area LI1 and lead-in information corresponding to contents recorded in the data area DA except a CSS key is recorded with a depth d2 greater than the depth d1 and lead-in information except the CSS key is recorded with the depth d1 in the area LI2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
