PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which has improved heat dissipation characteristic. SOLUTION: The electronic control device 100 has a housing 1 made of metal, a printed board 2 stored in the housing 1 and formed with a circuit, an electronic component 3 mounted on the printed board 2 and electrically connected to the printed board 2, a connector 4 formed on the housing 1, a plurality of connector pins 4a fixed to the printed board 2 so as to be electrically connected to the circuit and provided so as to be discharged from the connector 4, and a boss 6 provided nearby the plurality of connector pins 4a in order to conduct heat between the housing 1 and printed board.
