PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide array capable of preventing a crosstalk from occurring without increasing the number of part items. SOLUTION: A plurality of optical waveguides 10 are extended respectively along one direction and is arranged in parallel each other along a direction crossed with the one direction. Each optical waveguide 10 has a core part 11 extended unidirectionally, and a clad part 12 for coating a surface other than both end faces (front end face 13, rear end face 14) of the core part 11 out of the core part 11. The front end face 13 of the core part 11 has a slope 13A where an angleΔσ<SB>A</SB>of a normalαof an end edge adjacent to at least another core part 11 out of the front end face 13 of the core part 11 formed with the center axis AX of the core part 11 satisfies expression (1) expressed by n<SB>0</SB>×sin(atan(D/F)-Δσ<SB>A</SB>)>n<SB>1</SB>×sin(σ<SB>1</SB>-Δσ<SB>A</SB>).
