A marker buoy for a skin scuba is provided to prevent twist of a tube and a reel and to install the tube on the surface of the water easily. A marker buoy for a skin scuba comprises the followings. A fixing string is connected with the end side of the sealed tube(10). A reel(20) is connected with one side of the opened tube. And a bobbin unit(30) has a taking up unit(80) on the center of the marker buoy. The taking up unit has a hook(90) to wind the tube and the reel constantly.
