A cutting module, and a peeling device using the cutting module are provided to prevent the damage of the product to be processed by using an impact absorbing member. A cutting module(120) comprises a rotation plate(12); blades(121, 123) which are combined in the rotation plate to cut the outer skin of the product to be processed; a first projection(122) which is projected on the rotation plate so as to allow the product to be processed to float in case of the rotation of the rotation plate; and a second projection(124) which is projected on the rotation plate by a height lower than the first projection so as to allow the product to be processed to float in case of the rotation of the rotation plate.
