A binding confirmation method of the fan motor for vehicle is provided that the over current generation of the motor which can be generated is blocked in the binding of the fan motor for vehicle. A binding confirmation method of the fan motor for vehicle comprises following steps: a step for detecting the pulse according to the conducting state of the commutator(21) and brush(22); a step for saving the amplified current it amplifies with the pulse amplification circuit part the pulse signal detected from the pulse detector; a step for determining the binding whether or not of the fan motor by the counting of the pulse counter driven with the amplified current; a step for blocking the power source applied in the fan motor binding in the fan motor.
