A coupling performance evaluation system is provided to test the heat radiation temperature, vibration and torque of a bearing through a motor bearing temperature sensor, a bearing vibration sensor, a bearing temperature sensor, a torque meter and a load cell. A coupling performance evaluation system comprises a motor shaft(12) connected to a motor(11) as being supported by a coupling(14) installed on a part of the motor shaft, a rotation shaft(15) connected to the motor shaft through the coupling and supported by bearings(16,21), and a control box which is connected to a motor bearing temperature sensor(13), a bearing vibration sensor(17), a bearing temperature sensor(18), a torque meter(30) and a load cell(31). The motor bearing temperature sensor is installed on a part of the bearing of the motor, and the bearing vibration sensor and the bearing temperature sensor are installed on a part of the rotation axis bearing(16).
