<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving apparatus and an imaging apparatus capable of detecting a vibrational state of a vibrated member in an appropriate manner even when a piezoelectric element has a H bridge circuit, which contributes miniaturization of a circuit, as a control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: One piezoelectric member having one surface on which a first driving electrode and a vibration detecting electrode are formed, and the other surface on which a second driving electrode and a ground electrode are formed is adhered to an optical low-pass filter which serves as a vibrated member. A voltage is applied to the two driving electrodes by a H bridge circuit to vibrate the optical low-pass filter.
