METHODS FOR EFFECTIVELY COEXPRESSING IL-12 AND IL-23

A method of co-expressing efficiently IL-23 and IL-12 is provided to co-express efficiently the IL-12 which is a cytokine having an anti-tumor efficacy and the IL-23 with a high yield and to cure gene causing cancer. A method of co-expressing efficiently IL-23 and IL-12 comprises steps of: (a) making a vector which includes an expression construct by a monocistron method of a p35 subunit coding nucleotide sequence, a p40 subunit coding nucleotide sequence and a p19 subunit coding nucleotide sequence or making a vector including an expression construct by a polycistron method of a p35 subunit coding nucleotide sequence, a p19 subunit coding nucleotide sequence and a p40 subunit coding nucleotide sequence; (b) transforming an expression construct in a host cell; (c) obtaining an IL-12 and an IL-23 by cultivating a transformed host cell.
