The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the vacuum cleaner handle as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the generally symmetrical vacuum cleaner handle consists of the generally D-shaped in side view grip portion having a concave outer surface with an oval area thereon, the grip portion has a narrow lower section having flat inner and outer surfaces and grooves extending along the side surfaces thereof; adjacent the grip portion in the telescoped position is an enlarged area having a cylindrical projection on the rear surface thereof with a semi-oblong shaped upwardly extending element adjacent the end of the cylindrical projection; adjacent the cylindrical projection is a series of spaced-apart curved rib-like elements; the front surface of the enlarged area adjacent the lower section of the grip portion has a second series of spaced-apart curved rib-like elements thereon.In the extended position, the enlarged area is axially aligned with and spaced apart from the generally D-shaped grip portion.Diagrams of the design are included.Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of the vacuum cleaner handle in a telescoped position;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a front elevation view thereof,Fig. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 8 is a front elevation view of the vacuum cleaner handle in an extended position. |
