<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently analyzing/identifying one human T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) gene, and to provide a transformed human T-cell or the like manifesting the human TCR originated from the one T-cell. <P>SOLUTION: A CTL cell considered to produce the TCR to gp100<SB>209-217</SB>peptide amplified in a melanoma patient administered with a dendritic cell vaccine is doubly stained by an FITC-labeled anti-CD8 antibody and a PE-labeled gp100-HLA-A2 tetramer, and the doubly stained CTL cell is fractionated by one cell by using a micromesh device or the like. The whole RNA is extracted from the separated one human CTL cell, and the antigen receptor gene of the one human T-cell is analyzed and identified.
