<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for collecting in real time position contents irregularly updated on the Internet every time of updating and storing index information into a database, and a system for distributing in real time the index information of the position contents to a user under browsing using a Web browser. <P>SOLUTION: When a user requests position contents to be overlapped on a map to a position content collection server, the request is temporarily held in a queue. Whereas, when a third person owning a Web site such as a Web log describes position contents and registers them on a Web log server, the position content collection server is notified of updating, so that a relevant article is collected in real time each time of updating and index information containing a position is stored in a database. In the timing when the updating is performed, processing of the request being held in the queue is resumed, and an index information listing of the latest position content is encoded and distributed to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
