<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a result of certification and authentication using a computer in order to make the certification and authorization of personal information more objective. <P>SOLUTION: A computer is caused to function as a certified information input means for inputting certified information obtained from an individual to be investigated, an authenticated information input means for inputting authenticated information whose authenticity and correctness have been verified by site reconnaissance based on the certified information, a comparison means for comparing the input certified information and authenticated information with specific criteria, a scoring means for providing scores based on the comparison result, and a report creation means for outputting, as a report, certified and authenticated information obtained based on the scores provided by the scoring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
