PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating/lowering type wall cabinet with which rigidity is improved only for the front surface of a bottom plate constituting an elevating/lowering rack. SOLUTION: The elevating/lowering type wall cabinet 100 includes a cabinet 170 whose bottom surface and front surface are opened, a door 172 arranged on the front surface of the cabinet 170 and an elevating/lowering rack 190 supported so as to be elevated and lowered to the cabinet 170. In the elevating/lowering type wall cabinet 100 installed at the upper part of a kitchen, the bottom plate 192 of the elevating/lowering rack 190 and the front surface 192a of the bottom plate 192 are composed by bending a metallic material, and by bending the plate material of the front surface 192a of the bottom plate 192 over the entire width further, a setback part 192b set back in a step shape and a projection part 192c arranged on the lower side of the setback part 192b are formed.
