It is disclosed herein a ready-to-consume product presented in semi-solid form (pasta) for substituting high-pasteurisation animal or vegetal creams. Composition: non-fat milk, vegetal fats, emulsifiers and aromatic materials characterised by zero animal fats and negligible cholesterol content. It is free of conservatives, it is conservable in environmental conditions (out of refrigerator) for at least 24 mounts, it is completely sterilized and homogenized and it acquires -throughout its inflation- a final volume which is increased by 300% as to the initial. Compared to vegetal and animal creams which are preservable for maximum 9 months into refrigerator and sensitive to conservation and preparation conditions, the nature of ingredients, the production process and packaging into white internally-coated container endow the invented cream substitute with improved features such as long preservation time, safety, quality and utility. |
