A shape concrete form manufacturing device of the construction structure is provided to produce the wide flat board mold having various patterns since the material is extruded through the melting extruder, upper mold and lower mold. A shape concrete form manufacturing device of the construction structure comprises a mixer(100) which is installed in the stirring tank(111), and rotated by a mixing screw(112) and an agitating motor(113), a duct(114) in which the upper end of the feeder(120) of mixer is connected, a transfer pipe(122) having helical axis(121), a drive motor(123) which runs the helical axis, and is installed on the top of the transfer pipe, a melting extruder. The melting extruder includes a heater(220) installed outside the cylinder(230), a screw axis(240) rotating in cylinder, a center drive motor(250) installed at on side of cylinder, a T-dice nozzle(210), a hopper(260) combined by the cylinder having the center drive motor.
