The dispenser (1) has an open container (2) forming a cavity and a solid cosmetic product block (3). A part of the block is applied on lips of a human body when the dispenser is opened with lateral displacement of an integrated assembly (6) in perpendicular direction along a rotational axis by a manual prehension of a body (4), for driving rotation of a mobile rotating part and the block with respect to the human body and for depositing a cosmetic product on an intermediate support (8) of the human body.
