A dental implant is provided, which can use the tooth without movement of the tooth for a long term by preventing the implant from being released completely. A dental implant comprises: a rotating prevention projection(31) formed in the bottom of a tooth fixing member(30); an anti-releasing screw-nut(20) which is coupled with a fastening bolt(40); a rotating prevention groove(12) which is formed on the top of the central axis of the gum fixing member; and a fixing female screw(11) which is formed to couple the gum fixing member and the tooth fixing member.
