PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poly-3-hydroxybutylate polymer resin composition shortening a molding cycle in molding work, excellent in productivity, and obtaining a molding of excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: This poly-3-hydroxybutylate polymer resin composition comprises poly-3-hydroxybutyrate polymer, a vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene compound block copolymer, and preferably talc.
